THIS IS A SCRATCH AND DENT ITEM. ITEM HAS MINOR SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES FROM ATTEMPTED INSTALL. REFER TO PHOTOS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The NEUSPEED Hi-Flo TDI Turbo Discharge Pipe removes the damper chamber from the discharge side of the turbocharger. First, a newly machined billet aluminum mounting flange with a smooth bore mandrel bent full size tubing from turbo outlet to rubber hose. Secondly, the internal machined groove on the mounting flange uses the factory "O"ring to ensure leak free perfo
