We have test fit up to a 35 series turbo on this manifold without fitment issues. Does not include manifold to head gasket, we suggest using our multi-layer gasket (part # IS-EMG-KA247) Use with our other components to complete a bolt on top mount kit Turbocharger (IS-RSX3076R or IS-RSX357
