Greddy 1/8 PT sensor adapter is perfect for those who have a Greddy relocation block. This adapter screws into the thread size of 18mm, with a 1/8 PT thread in the center for most temp gauges. This is 1/8 PT (Japanese Pipe thread, same as BSP), not NPT.
