This Plazmaman upgrade intercooler kit is to suit the Nissan Navara D40 Turbo Diesel. This kit consists of a thicker, light weight, highly efficient tube and fin intercooler, larger diameter mandrel bent aluminium piping, silicone hose & clamps, and all required adaptors. This intercooler kit fits the D40 Navara from 2005 onwards, however there are some hot pipe differences between the early, mid and late models.
