Suits the following applications:- GM LS Series Engines with a TH400 gearbox When installing a new flex plate, it is recommended to replace your flex plate bolts as the old factory ones can fatigue over time. These Aeroflow flex plate bolts are made from chrome moly 8740 for high strength compatibilities. They are black oxide to resist rust and corrosion. We recommend the use of Loctite 262 or similar, so they won’t come loose over time. These bolts should be torqued down to each manufacturer’s
