This drive by wire flange adapter allows you to bolt on a GM LS 102mm drive by wire throttle body to a 4150 flanged EFI intake manifold. Meaning you will never have to worry about stretching, adjusting, or breaking throttle cables again. This adapter plate is CNC machined from billet aluminum and hard anodized black. The O-Ring design provides an air tight seal
