OPTION 01
from 2 days
You already have the car. We fit the base that makes it go sideways predictably: steering angle, suspension, hydraulic handbrake, locked diff, bucket seat and everything needed for the first laps.
OPTION 02
from a month
We find the donor, build the car from scratch and hand it over competition-ready for King of Drift, Drift Matsuri, GDL, GDS and any event run without an FIA licence.
// SCOPE — WHAT A BUILD INCLUDES
A garage-format workshop: hand tools, a press and a tube bender. Nothing flashy — but cages, bodywork and suspension are done here, not sent out.
Welded-in cage to series requirements: tube bent on our own bender, welded in place, mounting points reinforced.
Everything unnecessary comes out: sound deadening, trim, secondary systems. The car loses weight where it actually changes behaviour.
Engine swap or rework of the stock unit, turbo plumbing, cooling, fuel system and wiring.
Coilovers, arms, increased steering angle, drift geometry, camber and toe dialled in.
Hydraulic handbrake, brake circuits, locked differential — the base set for controlling a slide.
Bash bars and protective parts built to survive more than a single door-to-door contact.

We order from Japan, Europe and the US and verify fitment. Shipping and customs are calculated upfront, so the price does not grow on the way.
Body, cage, engine, suspension. You get photos and video as it progresses, not a "come back in a month".
Shakedown and setup right at Lilo Arena — we sit in pit boxes 6-7 with the track outside the door. The car leaves ready to drift.
From there we can come to the events with you: mechanics in the paddock, repairs between runs, spares on hand.

A base setup that gets the car sliding predictably takes from two days. A serious project with cage, engine and suspension work takes from a month.
Yes, that is the most common case. We inspect the donor, tell you what is realistic with it and what it will cost, and only then take the job.
